During these unprecedented times of lockdown and stay-at-home guidelines, at Justice Fire & Security we are proud to be providing ongoing support for our key workers.
Although we don’t automatically consider ourselves to be a key worker group, we are in fact included within this category.
That’s because we continue to protect the premises of key workers such as hospitals, chemists, GP surgeries, nursing homes, food stores etc.
In addition, we provide life safety systems that are present within key worker premises – fire alarms, nurse call systems, access control points, fire suppression and extinguishers, as examples. It is essential that these systems are properly maintained at all times – especially now.
We are also providing a round-the-clock service to our monitored commercial clients. Our systems are installed in premises across the board – retailers of all shapes and sizes, including jewellers, chemists, banks and building societies, as well as commercial warehouses, offices and industrial buildings – the list goes on. It is especially important that these sites remain properly protected given that so many of them are likely to be staying locked and unoccupied for weeks on end.
So, whilst the lockdown stays in place, we continue to work on installations and essential maintenance. Our admin staff are pretty much all working from home, answering the phones and providing an important link to our customers. Being a paperless business, where most of our internal systems are cloud-based and our engineers have connectivity via tablets to send and receive call-outs, it has been relatively straightforward for us to adapt to the current situation.
Rest assured, we will maintain 24/7 coverage – as
we always have done. Whilst we are living through highly unusual
business times,
for us at least, it’s business as usual.
