People often ask us the question, how much of the country do you cover?
Given that we have been providing commercial and home security services for getting on for 40 years, it is perhaps understandable that people automatically assume we operate a nationwide business.
But this isn’t actually the case.
It’s true that, for a period of time, we did extend our areas of operation beyond the West Midlands – stretching from London northwards to Lancashire and Yorkshire. And whilst it is the case that we still look after a number of long-standing clients who are based in locations some considerable distance from our Birmingham HQ, the reality is that the vast majority of our work is undertaken within a 50-mile radius of our Head Office in Castle Vale.
This ensures we can provide a comprehensive coverage of areas such as Wolverhampton, Coventry, West Bromwich, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Lichfield, Tamworth, Stafford and Stoke.
There are a number of reasons why we took the strategic decision to tighten up geographical sphere of influence.
First and foremost, our priority has always been to maintain a gold standard service for security systems, fire detection and alarm systems. To ensure that we provide an optimal security and fire system installation service at all times, we believe it is essential to operate within a disciplined area, in order to maintain the highest levels of professionalism.
As an example, we take pride in responding to call outs within a four-hour window. It would be extremely challenging to maintain this level of service if we were to spread ourselves to thin. Employing well-qualified engineers to drive thousands of miles between assignments, is not a smart use of time and resource. Far better, instead, to provide virtual blanket coverage within a 50-mile radius – which is exactly what we do.
By remaining “local” we know we can maintain the levels of service that Justice Fire and Security clients expect to receive. Not just encompassing the installation of intruder alarms, CCTV equipment, electronic access control and fire security products - but also the important surveillance and support work that needs to operate alongside, such as 24/7 commercial and home alarm monitoring services.

To further underpin our commitment to the local catchment area, we have introduced a new feature to the website – a Crime in Your Area Guide. The Guide covers locations such as Sutton Coldfield, Solihull, Bromsgrove, Wolverhampton, Stourbridge and Tamworth, including postcodes that cover these towns and surrounding neighbourhoods. The information contained in this section covers local crime rates relative to surrounding areas, who has responsibility for policing, as well as an overview of property prices and statistics relating to the local economy.
